At EDU MANAGE PLUS, a product of Aioninno Technologies Pvt. Ltd., we strive to provide the highest quality school management ERP services to our clients. However, due to the nature of our services and the resources involved in providing them, we have established the following refund policy:
No Refunds
1. Service Fees
All service fees paid to EDU MANAGE PLUS are non-refundable. Once a payment is made for the use of our services, it cannot be refunded, regardless of the usage or satisfaction of the client.
2. Subscription Plans
All subscriptions to our services, whether monthly, quarterly, or annual, are final and non-refundable.
3. Special Offers and Discounts
Any special offers or discounts provided on our services are non-refundable.
Cancellations
1. Subscription Cancellations
Clients may choose to cancel their subscription at any time. However, no refunds will be issued for the remaining period of the subscription.
2. Termination of Services
If EDU MANAGE PLUS terminates services due to a breach of our terms and conditions by the client, no refund will be provided.
Exceptional Circumstances
1. Discretionary Refunds
In exceptional circumstances, and at the sole discretion of Aioninno Technologies Pvt. Ltd., partial or full refunds may be considered on a case-by-case basis. Clients seeking such a refund must contact our support team with a detailed explanation of the request.
